Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your KWIKZA subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard and navigating to the billing settings, or by contacting our support team at hello@kwikza.com. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current paid billing period.

2. Refund Policy

Because KWIKZA offers a free trial or free demo period for users to evaluate the software before purchasing, we generally do not offer refunds for payments already made.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused software.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you are on an annual subscription and decide to cancel within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued, but your account will remain active until the end of the annual billing cycle.

3. Payment Failures

In the event of a failed transaction where money was deducted from your bank account but the KWIKZA subscription was not activated, the amount is usually automatically refunded by the payment gateway to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Changes and Modifications

KWIKZA reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
